Manzomia Digital Solutions (“Manzomia” or “we”) is a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration no. 7055188291, with its National Address at Al-Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller responsible for personal data collected through this website and our contact channels.
2. The data we collect
- Data you give us: name, mobile number, email, company name, details of your request or message, and consultation bookings.
- Communications by WhatsApp, phone or email, including the content of conversations about your request.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referral source. Analytics and advertising data are collected only after you consent.
- Job applicant data: the CV and portfolio you send us.
3. Why we use your data
We process your data based on your consent, to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before one, or to meet a legal obligation, as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
- To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and arrange your consultation.
- To deliver agreed services and manage the contract and invoicing.
- To improve our website and measure our campaigns, once you accept non-essential cookies.
- To comply with applicable Saudi laws, such as tax requirements.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your choices. Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat) are only switched on after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. Website data is stored with our hosting provider, Hostinger, on servers in Europe, outside the Kingdom. We only transfer personal data outside the Kingdom under the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or to meet a legal obligation, then destroy or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not become contracts are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@manzomia.com and we will respond within the period set by the law. You also have the right to complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

9. Keeping your data safe
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, restricted access and backups. If an incident affects your data, we will handle it and notify the competent authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed and will show the new date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in an appropriate way.
