Does it connect to the Ejar platform?
Leases are documented on Ejar as the law requires, and you record the contract number in Manzomia to link every payment to its lease. There is no automatic link to Ejar.
Is VAT charged on residential rent?
Residential rent is VAT-exempt and commercial rent is taxable. We set this per unit type, and recommend your accountant reviews special cases.
What about ZATCA e-invoicing?
Manzomia issues tax invoices that show VAT and your VAT number clearly. Integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform is coming soon; tell us your business's deadline and we will confirm the status before you subscribe.
Can you move my data from my current system?
Yes. We import items, customers and opening balances from Excel or your current system's export, and check them with you before go-live.
