1. Definitions and acceptance

“The Company” means Manzomia Digital Solutions, Commercial Registration no. 7055188291. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Information and prices shown

Website content is for general information. Prices shown are starting points; no price or scope is binding until set out in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

3. Proposals and contracts

The written proposal or contract sets the scope, timeline, delivery milestones, price and payment terms. If anything conflicts, the signed contract prevails over these terms.

4. Payments and tax

Payments are due according to the agreed milestones. Prices are exclusive of VAT; 15% VAT is added to each invoice, and a tax invoice is issued for each payment.

5. Government fees and third-party costs

Government fees, ad budgets paid to platforms, and third-party tool and hosting subscriptions are not part of our fees unless stated in writing. We follow up applications with government bodies, but approval decisions and timelines rest with those bodies.

6. Client responsibilities

The client provides information, documents, content and approvals on time, and confirms they are accurate and that they have the right to use them. Delays in doing so may move delivery dates.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables made for the client passes to the client after full payment, unless the contract says otherwise. The Company keeps its rights in its own tools, general code components and the Manzomia platform, and may show the work in its portfolio with the client's approval.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential any non-public information they receive, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned, and excludes indirect losses or lost profits.

10. Use of the website

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access, or send spam or harmful content through its forms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise, the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh have jurisdiction.

12. Language and changes

If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic text prevails. The Company may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of the page.
